How will Capital Metro determine the appropriate level of passenger assistance or service level for each passenger?
Capital Metro will work with each passenger during the eligibility and recertification process to determine what level of service is appropriate for each passenger. This determination is based on ability, environmental constraints, and conditions related to the passengers disability. Existing customers may elect to inform Capital Metro of their service level preference prior to recertification.
