Upon signing up for the ClixConnect service, you will be prompted to complete a questionnaire. This questionnaire will contain all the necessary information to handle most inquiries. In addition, the ClixConnect operator can search the internet to find the answer to the customer’s inquiry. If the ClixConnect operator cannot determine a solution to the customer’s problem with the given information, and information available on the internet, the ClixConnect operator can contact you using our Chat-to-Phone service.
