how will data submitted by Primary Care Trusts be used?
Primary Care Trusts will be able to view their own results against national standards and the relevant NICE recommendations, and compare performance with other participating PCTs. As the national audit has not yet rolled out to primary care we will not publish PCT specific data, nor will it be used by the Healthcare Commission to check compliance with Standards for Better Health.
