Answer 4-4: By December 1 of each year, ERCB groups will publish the Persistent Noncompliance Criteria by Compliance Category. Each ERCB group is required to indicate persistence models being utilized, and any review period that is different from the published standards. The ERCB’s internal governance processes are used to manage consistency.
