FOs need to generate this data. Even though UH should have an AR system, not all amounts are recorded as receivables. Fees and interest assessments will not be recorded as receivables. Therefore, FOs need to go over individual AR invoices to determine total receivable amounts. We are looking for an AR system that provides all data including assessments, allowances, accounts sent to a collection agency, etc.
