How will I recognise my carers when they come?

0

All our carers wear the Doncaster Council uniform which is navy blue, with white piping on the sleeves. They also carry a large, yellow identification card, which has their name & photograph on and is signed by the Director. If in any doubt, do not give access to someone at the door, but call the Home Care Office on 01302 737873 to ask for confirmation of identity. If you receive your care from one of the independent agencies eg; Age Concern, Hica or Sue Ryder – they will also have a uniform and carry ID.
