How will intellectual property be managed?
When submitting the application to Prosperity Initiative, the applicant will be asked to describe measures that would be taken to ensure that any intellectual property developed as a result of the project will provide continuing benefits for southern Ontario. Applicants will also be asked to demonstrate they have sufficient rights to any intellectual property prior to the beginning of the project so as to allow it to be further developed or commercialized.
