We will track the number of downloads, the type of users, the applications the program is being applied to, and the potential synergies with other programs. We will also survey the interest of the users in more active support and in additional features and services. We will also have the input of authorities in the field whose insights into the evolving needs of the commercial market will help guide us toward potentially ‘hot’ solutions in the portfolio.
