How will the Commercial Database impact appraisal demand and fees?

Through their "Wall Street Initiative" the Appraisal Institute has analyzed how changes in commercial real estate and valuation will affect demand for appraisal services and appraisal fees. The Appraisal Institute indicates there is a good chance for its members to increase business because of the Appraisal Institute Commercial Database, because it will bring them far greater exposure than before. The Appraisal Institute does not think the Commercial Database itself will affect fees negatively.
