How will the ETG training benefit an organization that intends to use ETGs but doesnt currently have them in their data warehouse?

Training is offered in a variety of different forms. There are introductory sessions and high level overviews for executives and medical staff, ranging in length from a half day to a full day. There are several versions of certification training that range from 3 to 5 days, and include hands-on training with ETG data. The hands-on training uses a sample database that does not require the health plan to have the ETG data available during the training. However, to the degree that the health plan data is available, we have options to work in the hands-on analytics during the last sections of the training. There are follow-up training sessions for analysts interested in increasingly more sophisticated uses of the ETG data, and there are specialized sessions that focus on Care Management and on Employer Reporting. The follow-up analytic sessions are very much based on the use of health plan specific data, since the analysts are trained to solve common problems in their own setting.
