How will the RFPs differ between DARPA class III candidate & other bidders – will funding allocations between them differ?
A. We intend to place small systems engineering contracts with the DARPA candidates for Phases I & II. These will help us understand the gaps between the candidates proposed system and FCS requirements for the respective system (i.e. Class II or Class III). The LSI candidates will receive contracts for the SOW elements defined in the Industry Day Presentation. Yes, the funding allocations from the LSI will differ between the DARPA candidates and the LSI candidates.
