How will the site/tract data be calculated?

The site/tract is generated once a four digit Site code is created. The Tract code is assigned two digits based on how many parcels of land make up the total site. So based on whatever the last site code (1049) was assigned for the system/district plus one, i.e. 1050 and then the first tract is 1050.01 and the second tract is 1050.02, etc.
