Roof mounted solar collectors are angled at the same slope as the roof. In the past, only “black” solar panels were available. Now, we have “terra cotta” and “gray” solar panels that blend with the tiled roofs that are so popular here in Southern California. From a distance, you can’t even tell that you have solar on your roof! Ground mounted solar collector panels can also be installed.
