How will TrAILCo notify affected property owners of its proposal?
In West Virginia, all property owners within 1,100 feet of the centerline of the line have been notified by first class mail. In Pennsylvania, all property owners within about 600 feet of the centerline have been notified via registered or certified mail sent when TrAILCo filed its application with the Public Utility Commission for authorization to build the 500-kV and associated 138-kV lines. In Virginia, all property owners within 600 feet of the centerline of filed routes will be notified by a first class mailing sent on or before July 11, 2007.
