How will voicemail work with Divert ?

If Divert is set on your telephone extension it will take precedence over voicemail. It will work in this way: • A caller rings your extension and you do not answer • The call diverts to the selected extension. • If that diverted call is not answered, then the call will go to your voicemail. Please note that for this process to operate correctly all extensions in a divert chain must have voicemail activated.
