Filling out the OHP application is an outreach activity and thus would be coded as A1. The fact that it’s a CAWEM application does not change the status of the activity that is being performed – outreach. Our Family Planning Flow Staff really combine 3 different roles/functions. (Benton County) (1) Get client prepared for visit – includes taking client back to the clinic area, getting height/weight and blood pressure when applicable, and placing them in the room to wait for the clinical staff. (2) All 3 are bilingual/bicultural. They assist Hispanic clients to complete paperwork (both for eligibility screenings and for medical history/consents/etc) *This includes the fact that though the paperwork is in Spanish, many of the clients need an oral translation because they cannot understand the written word well enough if at all. They also will provide translation during the visit as needed. (3) They run the lab/supply area. They are responsible for preparing tests to be sent to state and
