How would I recognise a cultural organisation?
hogge: A cultural institution is usually a kind of transparent host, it provides culture to the masses. But the workforce, the organisation itself, will not be a factor in this overtly. We invert the whole thing and say – OK, let’s not worry about the event: the organisation is the project. Let’s name all the individuals, go through all their motivations – turn it inside out. It’s much more interesting, the guts of it.
