you would have to make a pond out of cement at least 50 mill thick all so ad a water proof additive then you have to wash the pond after 5 days to remove the lime out of the cement as this would burn the fish you can go to a builders merchants like B&Q or builders centre and ask for a pond cement or just put slabs around your lining to make it look nice
