If you have a USAccess card that you’ve already activated but have forgotten the PIN you created for it, you must visit a USAccess Credentialing Center to reset your PIN. Before visiting a Center, we ask that you make an Activation appointment using the GSA Online Scheduling System. (This is the online scheduling system you used to make an appointment to enroll and activate your card.) If you do not make an appointment, you may experience some wait times as the Registrar in the Center may already have appointments scheduled.
