Support and upgrades are offered to site license customers for the support life of the product. Single Server license holders receive upgrades and support for six months from the date of purchase. If you own a previous copy of eXLoad please contact us to determine your upgrade eligibility. Cybernet Services Service center will need access to the form server either via VPN or dial up access for further upgrades.
