I always select the ATM/DEBIT button at MetroCard Vending Machines, and then enter my PIN when using my Chase Debit Card. Does that purchase qualify?

No. Purchases made using your Personal Identification Number (PIN), do not qualify. You must press the CREDIT button for your purchase to qualify.
