All Certificates of Competencies issued by the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board expire September 30 of odd years (EX: 2009, 2011, 2013). No local business tax receipt will be issued without proof of a renewed Certificate of Competency. To contact the Palm Beach County CILB call 561-233-5525.
