Our legal responsibility is currently limited to Germany and France. If you are a distributor buying directly from us, with the intention of reselling these products, and you are based outside of these countries, then, as per the WEEE directive, it is your legal obligation, as an importer, to register in your own European state. This is also true in France if you are not buying from Klauke-France.
