All HP Service Partners should process their orders using the GCSN network

Yes, in order to receive your Dealer price, log in to HP Parts Store with your Partner Portal or HP Passport login. IMPORTANT: Please contact HP to help link your username to your company account once you have logged on to HPPS for the first time.
