Lotus Notes 4.0 users can read our “HTML” e-mail newsletters in two easy steps. Instead of clicking on the “Newsletter Icon” and hitting the “Launch” option on the menu, click on the “View” option. By hitting “View” you will be able to read the newsletters. Lotus Notes version 5.0 is able to handle all types of e-mail. If you have an older version of LotusNotes and dont wish to upgrade to an HTML compatible version at this time, you could also go to http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.hotmail.com and sign-up for a free Web-based e-mail account. Both Yahoo! and Hotmail will allow you to receive the newsletters and read them from your Internet service without any difficulty.
