I am a Naturopathic physician (ND). Can I order Remedy Makers Prescription and Controlled Substance remedies?
According to the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), there are currently only eleven (11) states that have licensing laws for Naturopathic physicians (NDs). These states are: Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. Naturopathic physicians from these states have access to Remedy Makers Prescription remedies. As for Remedy Makers Controlled Substance remedies, a DEA License is necessary to order. Of the states listed above, only Arizona and Oregon can get full DEA Licenses and, thus, order Controlled Substance remedies. Montana (Schedule 2 Non-Narcotic and above license) and Vermont (Schedule 3 Non-Narcotic and Schedule 5) have laws allowing NDs to get a limited DEA license. Once again, please refer to your states laws and regulations or please contact the American Association of Homeopathic Physicians (AAHP) at www.homeopathy.com regarding this matter.
