This is not an easy question to answer. Much depends on how you deport yourself while in PaxLair. The situations for banning people from the game are purely decisions by OSI, and private matters between OSI and the player involved. When you come to PaxLair to harass, kill, etc., you must keep a few things in mind. Counselors, Seers, and GMs might frequent PaxLair more regularly than other places on the shard. You also may not know that a character sitting in a tavern having a drink is one of these people. You should have no problem if you stay within the OSI terms of agreement and harassment policies. The mechanics of player-killing is allowed in PaxLair, as it is allowed in any wilderness area. Indiscriminate PKing is frowned upon in PaxLair, from a role-playing point of view.
