I am a registered member and I forgot to use my Worklife Rewards® Member Card while I was shopping, am I still eligible to earn Rewards for my purchase?

Yes, go online to www.myworkliferewards.com and click on the “Log In” button. Enter your Member Number and PIN and click the “Log In” button again. Then click on the “Add a Purchase” link. You need to select if you would like to add either a Store Purchase or Delivery Order and click the “Submit” button. You will need your store receipt or delivery invoice in order to enter the required information. Once you have entered the required information, you need to click the “Submit” button in order for the purchase to be added. Missing transactions for purchases made within the current calendar year may be added at any time during the current calendar year. To add a purchase, you can also call Worklife Rewards® Member Services at 1.866.322.3225, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, EST. Please make certain that you have your store receipt or delivery invoice available when calling Member Services.
