To obtain additional information, please telephone the Philadelphia Police Gun Permits Unit at 215.685-3656. A taped message will explain the process you need to follow in detail. If you still need information after listening to the tape, you can call the Permits Unit during their hours of operation: 8:30AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday.
