I am a retailer with a Gacha Vending Machine that has recently become faulty, how do I get this fixed?
All Gacha Vending Machines should have full service contact details on the front of the machine if it’s operated by an approved Gacha International Operator. They are responsible for maintaining the machine and are on 48 hour call out should you have a problem with broken coin mechs, or simply require a re-fill. If you own the machine yourself all spare parts can be purchased directly from us by emailing us at info@gacha.co.uk with full details.
