I am a school superintendent. How would KMI FolioOne be useful to me?
FolioOne assists administrators by providing access to data for strategic planning, decision-making, tracking and reporting of the knowledge that individual employees have acquired from both internal and external sources. It allows districts to capitalize on the districts collective organizational knowledge to meet federal, state, and local requirements. Future professional development or certification requirements can be documented in planning portfolios for all activities designed to enhance teacher quality. In addition, applicant portfolios can be established and will provide a searchable database of applicant information. Every class that a student took in your school would be entered in each student’s Knowledge Portfolio. Every extra-curricular activity (debate, football, chorus, etc.) would also be entered.
