Open your browser, Internet Explorer for example. 2. Select Tools from the top menu bar. 3. Select Internet Options. 4. Under Temporary Internet Files, Select Delete Cookies. 5. Select OK. 6. Under Temporary Internet Files, Select Delete Files. 7. Select OK. 8. When this process is finished, Select OK. 9. Close your browser. 10.
