I am attempting to download Java onto my computer using the Java plugin link in Blackboard. How can I get this process started, so I can access the Blackboard Collaboration Tools?
There my be something on your computer impeding Java from loading properly. Here are some steps to clean out your computer. These steps may assist you with properly accessing the Java download. 1. Open your browser, Internet Explorer for example. 2. Select Tools from the top menu bar. 3. Select Internet Options. 4. Under Temporary Internet Files, Select Delete Cookies. 5. Select OK. 6. Under Temporary Internet Files, Select Delete Files. 7. Select OK. 8. When this process is finished, Select OK. 9. Close your browser. 10. Login to Blackboard, and attempt to download Java using the link again.
