I use this cream for my keratosis pilaris on my arms for about 1 week and half, should I just wait for more time or should I contact my doctor do increase the dose?(couse the doctor said just use a tiny beat so you dont wanna get totally red). does anybody have any idea of what is going on? A: Call the doctor to make sure but I think the visible skin peeling is actually just a side effect, not really a measure of whether or not its working. My roommate had to use it a few months ago, she was really worried about the skin on her face peeling but it never really happened. I’ve never used it, and she had it for a different condition I think, but I’d guess that its still working even without seeing any peeling- thats how it worked for her and her skin cleared up a LOT after taking it. You may be on a different dose or something so call the doc but it should be OK.
