I am due to be paid but my total confirmed cashback now reads zero! Why?
At the beginning of the month when accounts are being processed for payment all the “confirmed” cashbacks involved in that month’s payment will be displayed as “processing”, and your total confirmed cashback will read as £0.00. Once payment has been processed all “processing” cashbacks will be displayed as “paid”, and you will receive your cashback.
