I am getting a “Please connect to the Internet” message when I click the Contacts or Inbox button on my FlipShare software. What’s wrong?
You may receive this message when Flipshare cannot connect to FlipShare.com due to lost Internet connection. To resolve this, try re-establishing your Internet connection. You will then receive a “Sign in to FlipShare” message. Click the Sign In button to reconnect to FlipShare.com. If you are still receiving the “Sign in to FlipShare” message after restoring the Internet connection, click a local folder from the FlipShare navigation pane then click Inbox or Contacts again to refresh the workspace.
