I am going to landscape my yard and change the grade. How do I get the meter box and/or valve box adjusted to the new grade?

As soon as the new grade is established call Central Arkansas Water’s Distribution Dispatch (377-1239) and they will send someone to adjust the boxes. Be sure to give CAW a few days notice because it is not always possible to respond to such requests immediately.
