I am having trouble removing Crystal Murrini tile from its mesh backing. How can I get it off the mesh sheeting?
Normally our Crystal Murrini pulls off of the fiberglass mesh sheeting with very little effort. Unfortunately sometimes there are inconsistencies in the amount of adhesive used by our manufacturer to adhere the Crystal Murrini tile to the sheeting. When too much adhesive keeps the individual tiles from being easily pulled off then soaking in hot water becomes necessary. Simply put your sheet of Crystal Murrini tile in a container, fill with hot water and let sit for a while. After a thorough soak or two the tile should come off the sheeting more easily.
