There are a few different ways of retrieving UniProt’s GO annotation. Please see the information on data retrieval at: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/GOA/ The GO Annotation project at EBI is called ‘GOA’. At the moment we have released our GO annotation for our human data set. You can access GOA via SRS or download the association file on the GO home page or from EBI and GO ftp sites.
