You will need to advise your invited guests/event attendees that, as signposted on entry, UWS campuses are restricted parking areas and the University operates a paid parking system. All vehicles parked on a UWS campus must, in accordance with the UWS Parking and Traffic Policy, display a valid UWS parking permit on the lower, driver’s side windscreen/dash. Your invited guests/event attendees can purchase a Pay and display one day parking permit from the pay and display permit machines located in the parking areas of each UWS campus (refer to Campuses for the exact location of the permit machines). Alternatively, your Directorate, Unit, College or School’s authorised delegation officer can purchase Scratch and display one day parking permits for each invited guest/event attendee via the Scratch and Display One Day Parking Permit Order Form.
