Yes. You will want to prep the surface though with sand paper. This will allow the paint to adhere to the substrate. I would recommend depending on the finish that is currently on the doors that you may want to use paint or finish remover. If you have a door with a dark stain it can bleed through to the surface. If it has a light stain that is worn you may be able to just sand and prime prior to painting. If the door is painted just scrape off any loose paint and sand the rest. If there are low spots or Knicks and dings, use sandable paintable filler in these areas. Once the door is prepped and cleaned of all sanding dust use a light primer and sand between coats. Use a fine sand paper to sand the primer and apply at least 2 light coats of primer. Once you have the primer sanded and cleaned up all the sanding dust apply light coats of paint and sand in between coats until you achieve the results you desire. I recommend purchasing a spray paint trigger and maybe a book on basic painting
