As long as you can install the equipment and obtain acceptable TV JAPAN signal from DISH Network satellite, you can subscribe to TV JAPAN. If you rent your house or live in an apartment, it is your responsibility to obtain your landlord’s permission to install a dish antenna. If you own a condominium or town house, Home Owners Association (HOA) may have certain restrictions. Please check with your HOA about these restrictions.
