If you use a Private Local Database, you should simply add the sender to the exception list of the Auto Sender Whitelist database, so it will not be whitelisted anymore (ORF Administration Tool: Configuration / Tests / Auto Sender Whitelist / Settings / Check exceptions) In pre-4.2 versions, you can edit the private local database file contents using the Auto Sender Whitelist Browser (note that in 4.0-4.2 versions the ORF Service should be stopped first in order to edit the database).
