Although we now source all of our Goji plants from within the EC we have in the past imported product from outside the EC. Although the products were imported with the correct import and hygiene papers and received certification from the Plant Health Authorities in Holland (our normal point of entry), they should not have been allowed into the EC due to EC regulations. There is a good chance that your Goji plants would have been sourced from outside the EC. The full transcript of the Defra technical note is available HERE.
