I made reservations at a Savers Club lodging property and was told the Savers Club rate was available. When I arrived at the property, the reservationist refused to honor the discount. She will follow up with the property and straighten the situation out for you. If you cannot call while at the hotel, call as soon as possible and she will work with you to resolve the situation.
