I can access my Grandstream surveillance device locally, but not from the Internet. What needs to be done?
A LAN is usually connected to the Internet using a router and only the external IP address of that router can be seen from an external network. In order to address devices on the LAN from the Internet, port forwarding needs to be configured on the router to specify how the device on the LAN can be reached.
