Please open start / settings / control panel / system management utilities / service to check “Wireless Zero Configuration” service is existed and the service is started automatically. -If the service is not started automatically please change it to “automatically” and start this service. -If the service does not exist please open start/run and type “regedit” then press enter. To find HKEY_LOCAL_MANCHINE/SYSTEM/CURRENT_CONTROL_SET/SERVICES/WZCSVC and ADD DWORD “START”, VALUE = 2 then reboot the computer. It is a known bug for Windows XP to upgrade service pack 1 without disable Wireless Zero Configuration utility. If possible, please upgrade the card driver/utility version to the latest release.
