All methods of the BioPhotometer are still maintained. Furthermore in the BioPhotometer plus more methods are available compared to the BioPhotometer. Therefore a reorganization of the keypad was necessary: All related methods are summarized in one group of methods. For instance, in the method group “Protein” you will find all methods for protein determination like the colorimetric assays Bradford, Lowry, BCA as well as protein direct measurements.
