Such situation can be the result of not installing SalesDesktop at the default pst folder. Usually, when you open the Activities tab for an item, which is not in the default folder, Outlook shows the following message: And, after that, you can see an empty Activities page: This is a standard Outlook behavior. All you need to is to follow the Outlook instruction and set up folders to be shown on the Activities tab: • Select the folder that you want to set up the Activities tab for • Right-click on it • Click Properties • On the Activities tab, select the folders that should be shown at this tab The only limitation from Outlook is that you can only select the folders from the same storage.
