I can’t find options to add any content (e.g. photos, videos, firsts, etc.) to my child’s page?

First, make sure you’ve added your child to your TotSpot account. We have two different types of accounts on TotSpot. ‘Child Accounts’ give you the full power of TotSpot, including the ability to add different types of content about your child. ‘Grownup Accounts’ are designed friends and family who don’t have kids of their own or don’t want to set-up their own child profiles, but who still want to be able to follow and contribute to the story of the children they love. Second, check to make sure that you are logged in as your child. At the top right of every TotSpot page, you can see which user you are logged in as.  more
