A student came in this morning with your very question. 1. Make sure that any images you want to use are in .jpg or .gif form. Some applications don’t like .tiff, .png, or .pic. 2. Try saving your project and quitting it. Then try importing again. 3. Some applications won’t allow drag in of media. You may need to EDIT –> PLACE… –> Navigate to the image you’ve saved and CHOOSE.
